Online Store Returns
If you completed your order as a guest, please print a Return Form and create a Return Shipping Label. You must include the original invoice and Return Form in the return package in order to properly receive a refund.
To return a product go to the My Orders page in your account, and click the Return link next to the order you’d like to return. Print a pre-paid return shipping label and Return Form. You must include the original invoice and Return Form in the return package in order to properly receive a refund. Please make note of the Return Tracking Number in order to have proof of the return. We are not responsible for packages that are lost in transit on the way back to us.
We offer full refunds for new, unused merchandise within 45 days of the original purchase date. Bras, panties, briefs, socks, pantyhose and legwarmers are not eligible for returns.
All eligible returns must be accompanied by a return form, the original invoice and with any original tag(s) attached. All refunds will be made in the form of the original payment/card. Any original shipping charges will not be refunded. Returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted.
Please be careful while trying on items as all items must be returned in new, unused and unaltered condition. Swimsuits and bikini bottoms should be tried on over underwear, without removing the protective adhesive strip.
At times, heavily discounted items may be marked as FINAL SALE. These items will not be eligible for returns.
